X-Tracing Hadoop

As part of my (Andy’s) academic research in scalable internet datacenter technology, I will presenting a talk tomorrow at the first official Hadoop Summit, which is being hosted by Yahoo!

The project is focused on tracing, monitoring, and improving the performance of the open source Internet-scale distributed computing framework called Hadoop. You can learn more about the research project in general at the X-Tracing Hadoop project homepage.

And as always, I am excited about finding ways in which inspyre can leverage the cutting edge technologies of the Internet of tomorrow.
